I wanted to make it known how impressed we were with the way Scott Perry and his team handled the sale of our property. It’s not something we are experienced in so it really didn’t hit home until we bought our next property with another agent.
Scott is all business. His team are professional, efficient and work hard for the vendor. We were kept informed of all developments the moment they happened. Everything was explained and clear cut with no grey areas.
Scott made a much more detailed assessment than other agents and really understood it was our home we were selling, not just a house.
He got the best offer from each interested party signed on their first meeting and delivered them around to us each afternoon. This created the bases for our quick four day sale at a great price.
